Chateau Tirecul La Graviere, Monbazillac Selection de Grains Nobles, 2021 (50cl) Chile or pheasantLa Graviere is a mix of botrytised grapes from old vines that are picked and fermented together before being aged in barrel for between 12 36 months, depending on vintage. No sugar is added, the result is entirely natural. A glorious wine, rich and intense, with floral, candied fruit aromas, orange peel marmalade, and exotic spicy notes. A soft and elegant palate with balanced acidity and a very long finish. Monbazillac, France Semillon, & Muscadelle
