with a wild-yeast fermentation beginning slowly in tank before the wine is bottled while fermentation is still under way

and this bottling comes from vineyards at around 650 metres altitude

but in proportion: fruit

The result is a white Port with real depth: nutty

Tasting Note Pale straw in the glass. The nose shows ripe citrus, white peach and pear, with a lightly floral lift. On the palate it is fuller and more textured than a simple crisp white, balancing Vermentinos freshness and salinity with the broader, more aromatic shape of Viognier.
