Angustifolia) & Madrecuixe (a. Karwinskii) in his hometown of San Isidro Guishe, where he has been making agave spirits since the early 1990's. To make this batch, Atenogenes roasted equal parts cultivated Espadin and Madrecuixe in an underground conical oven with mesquite, huamuche, and guajal firewood for 8 days.
