Ron Zacapa 23 Bottle size:75cl Matured for at least 18The House Above the Clouds The art of ageing happens in the highlands of Guatemala, 2,300 meters (8,000 ft.) above sea level. Zacapa 23 is crafted using an adapted Sustema Solera ageing process whereby rums of different ages and personalities are blended and matured in a series of casks previously used to store robust American whiskies, delicate sherries & fine Pedro Ximenez wines. The finalised liquid contains a blend of rums from 6 to 23 years old.
