Stargazer Palisander Riesling ABV 41.8% hints of lush fruit sweetnessFermented in a ceramic egg and left on lees for ten months. Very pale yellow in colour with green hints. The nose is a combination of lemon verbena aromatics with some white blossom florals. On the palate the acid is integrated with the Lemon Splice fruit, coherent and seamless with no hard edges, rather soft and sherbetty, finishing with fruit intensity and concentration.
