Hand picked fruit undergoes wild yeast fermentation, with 20% whole bunches, ensuring a gentle extraction over 20 25 days on skins. Following maturation for 10 months in a blend of concrete tulip (10%) and French oak puncheons (90%, 25% new oak), our wine is bottled unfined and vegan friendly, promising a truly vibrant and expressive taste experience.
