Trenton 1887 Doorknob Brock Glass Co Gilbert became entangled in aTrenton 1887 Doorknob Cast bronze decorative drum shaped doorknob made by Trenton. Cir. 1887. The top features an incised eightfold sunburst design with decorative borders. The edge has two textured ridges. Eastlake style. The knob measures 2 1 4"diam. It takes a slightly smaller than standard non threaded square doorknob shaft. The knob has a few small scratches, but is in overall very good condition with a nice even deep patina.
