German Eyeball Desk Lamp memphis armchairs Signs of patina on theGerman adjustable desk lamp, probably produced during the 1970s or 1980s. The design combines a lacquered hemispherical metal shade with an arched chromed support mounted to a cylindrical base with chrome plated rings, reflecting the functional simplicity associated with Bauhaus inspired lighting. The rotating eyeball shade, translucent adjustment knobs and exposed coiled cable complete the technical character of the lamp. Good vintage condition.
