This one was distilled back in May 2010 and filled into a pair of bourbon barrels to age until January 2022

all the barrels are mixed and then left to age again in the same barrels for a further 4-6 months

This matches perfectly with the East Imperial Burma tonic water

and age it for three months in ex-Martinborough pinot noir French oak barrels
