The intense G forces affected blood flow, causing blood to move from the brain to the lower body, which could lead to a blacked out vision and, eventually, "G LOC" (G induced Loss of Consciousness). A suit was developed to tightly compress the body with cords, preventing blood from flowing to the extremities. This bag was designed to store the suit,
