This is not a fault but results in greater flavour

It is  delicately handled with lots of freshness making it a perfect partner for a range of cuisine

The nose has ripened black currant, black cherry and a cigar box spice. These same fruits fill the palate and that classic earthiness shines. May seem obvious but this does pair amazingly well with roast lamb.
