The incredible shades of indigo are achieved by wrapping freshly rope dyed yarns into a twisted hank skein, giving different lengths of yarn different exposure to air and thus forcing the yarn to oxidize at varied rates. Combined with the wildly slubby yarn, the result is a denim that textured both in hand feel and appearance. The unsanforized
