Queen Black Chickpeas Pack Size:Bold Pack (6) GIANT and oh so deliciousOur Queen Black Chickpeas are smaller and darker than their beige coloured cousins. These beauties bring a deep, roasted flavour with a firm bite + a SUPER creamy centre. Their slightly thicker skin makes them seem almost al dente in texture. Slow cook them into something rich and savoury, or confit them until buttery soft in this one pan black chickpea, baharat + orange bake. Made in collaboration with Yotam Ottolenghi. Sourced for flavour, cooked
