She was born in Cloncurry in 1967. Kassandra is an Early Childhood Teacher and has been teaching for 31 years. She has taught (and supported other teachers) in many schools and Aboriginal communities including Mount Isa, Cairns, Bamaga, Injinoo, Weipa, Mapoon and Mossman. She is currently living and teaching in Mossman, on Kuku Yalanji
