Its meticulous vinification includes total destemming, traditional punch downs, and a long maceration of 40 days, enhanced by micro oxygenation under the cap. Aging in 30 hectoliter oak casks for 18 months without filtration or fining preserves the wine's authenticity, guaranteeing impressive structure and finesse.
