Using no chemical inputs, the estate employs natural methods such as liquid manure and decoctions. Hand harvesting and gravity fed vatting preserve the quality of the 100% Cinsault grapes, a variety cultivated on red schist and pelite soils. Subtle vinification with measured punch downs promotes a harmonious extraction of aromas.
