Flashback allows you to reuse non-permanent spells from your graveyard without having to jump through any hoops other than paying the flashback cost
Killing it is no good, seeing as it returns to the battlefield and draws a card when it dies, making opposing removal spell look useless
Consider adding a copy of Stump Stomp to any or decks where these sizable creatures are lurking
Theres an argument for playing both, though, depending why you want it in the first place
