This unassuming 2-mana instant packs exactly the kind of flexibility any Green deck needs: it destroys an artifact, an enchantment, or exiles a card from a graveyard AND replaces itself with a card draw
But with Magic: The Gathering Arenas release on PC, it was easier than ever to give it another shot
However, if you want to find one of the more elusive printings, then keep an eye out for the D23 Promo version of the card
First of all, it can exile a creature of 3 or more power, which is a great default setting to use to blow stuff up nice and easily
If you want a better combo then toss in Fury Storm, cast your commander a single time, cast Storm targeting any instant / sorcery and have the copy target the original Storm for infinite Storm copies
You can do this as many times as you want: pay two generic mana to activate Isochron Scepter and cast a Final Fortune, then end the turn early with Sundial of the Infinite before you lose
